This is the Big Barn Sale with a huge off-road, gravel parking area for those serious yard sale shoppers pulling trailers. Watch for the signs as you descend off of Signal Mountain before heading into Dunlap.
This year we will host families closing down grandma’s storage units, artists cleaning out studio spaces, and my all-time favorite flea-market buddy who’s putting together a massive booth from her lifetime of collecting. We will have everything from old tools, furniture, vintage clothes, to like-new e-bikes!
Bonus: it’s in the shade of a massive covered barn with a cantina, two stages, and live music. Sit a spell, drink a cold beverage, and chill before heading back out on the hunt! As always, there will be multiple sales on the Loop so be sure to do the whole circle before connecting back onto Hwy 127–either up to Signal Mountain or down to Dunlap. Happy hunting!
